Some small fixes:
- Corrected bug preventing to grab all the 146 bones.
- Bone shadows now get deleted at bone pickup.
- Fixed bug that scaled shadows when on the air.
- Corrected water plane not exending fully, leaving a gap.
- Game now boots on full screen automatically.
